Both Chess Estates & Let One lettings have been established in the local area since 1986 specializing in residential lettings & sales.
The two companies merged in November 2003, and as a family business have built a solid reputation providing advice based on many years of experience in the property market.
In 2007 ‘Santander’ (originally Bradford and Bingley) appointed Chess Estates & Let One Lettings to be their agency representative in the local area to manage their Hendon cliental. This appointment was based on sound financial history and organisationery skills. Our office is located in a prime position opposite Hendon Central Station on the Northern Line and five minutes walk from Hendon British Rail ‘Capital Connect’.
